Vendors can reserve spaces at the shelter to sell farm fresh produce, handmade crafts, fresh baked goods and other merchandise. Non-profits can use the space for drives, fundraisers and outdoor events. Families can reserve the space for a birthday party or other outdoor celebration. Hours of Operation: Mon-Thu 7a-7p | Fri-Sat 7a-10p | Sun 1p-7p The Town Manager is authorized to issue a written waiver for different opening and closing times for a special event upon request by the event organizer. No glass containers are permitted on the premises. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on the premises. No children under 10 years of age shall be allowed on the premises without adult supervision. Littering is prohibited and all refuse shall be placed in the onsite receptacles provided. If refuse exceeds onsite receptacles, the excess refuse must be removed from the property by the renter. There is no charge to use the facility. $100 Deposit - The facility may be reserved for special events by delivering a refundable deposit to Town Hall in an amount to be determined annually by the Board of Commissioners. The deposit will be returned once Town staff have confirmed to their satisfaction that no clean-up or facility repairs are needed. Reservations are required for any use of the facility and must be confirmed through Town Hall. Anyone found using the facility without a confirmed reservation will be asked to leave. No vehicles of any kind are allowed to drive on or park upon the concrete pad under the shelter. The facility is reserved for the sole use of the Town during the annual Downtown Antique Festival, Street Festival, Christmas Parade & Vendor's Market ad other events as approved by the Board of Commissioners.
